In order for me to design your wedding ceremony and quote you a price for my services, I would appreciate your answers to the questions listed in the downloadable form below. I custom design all of my ceremonies, and price depends on the location, time and type of ceremony you desire. Wedding ceremonies range from $100 for a Civil Ceremony at my "Chapel Of Rings & Roses", to $500 for a full custom designed wedding ceremony which includes the rehearsal at your chosen venue.

Every couple has special requests which may incorporated into their ceremony. Please download and fill out the questionnaire below so I may have the information I need to assist you.
