In order for me to design your wedding ceremony and quote you a price for my services, I would appreciate your answers to the questions listed in the downloadable form below. I custom design all of my ceremonies, and price depends on the location, time and type of ceremony you desire. My ceremony pricing ranges from civil ceremonies to fully custom-designed wedding ceremonies, which also include the rehearsal. An interview appointment will allow us to determine which of the Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Wedding Packages will best fit your needs.

Every couple has special requests which may incorporated into their ceremony. Please download and fill out the questionnaire below so I may have the information I need to assist you.
